General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses partnering with us, either directly or through our online platform www.tiny-house-for-sale.de.

2. Contractual Partner

The sales contract is concluded with:

Green Thermal Services

Represented by:

Petruta Rosu

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding catalog. By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after sending it.

The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods within 5 business days.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices stated on the website are final prices in euros and, according to §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), do not include VAT. Shipping costs are added and shown separately before checkout.

Payment can be made using the methods provided at checkout (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Due to the size and complexity of the products, delivery will be communicated after the configuration is being agreed and the manufacturer answers to the formulated request. Delivery times for other EU countries may vary and will be communicated during contract negotiation.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (not businesses) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation policy and instructions are provided separately [link to your withdrawal policy].

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. We are only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable and contractually typical damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a business, the place of jurisdiction is Regensburg, Germany.

If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
